Overview

The Limited Warranty covering Manufacturers Defects is designed to bring peace of mind to consumers once they purchase Sleepyeezzz products.

Product with a warranty where indentations or sagging (not associated with sag in foundation) of less than 2" for Sleepyeezzz mattresses, IS NOT COVERED.

If it is determined that an indentation is caused by misuse, abuse or factors other than a product defect, this Limited Warranty will not cover that condition.

Each products’ warranty length is tailored to its specific materials and construction methods and are set for 1 to 10 year time spans:

Series Period for no-charge* repair or replacement Total Limited Warranty Period Calculation of charges for repair or replacement beyond no-charge* period.
SZ LEGACY 10 Years 15 Years The mattress will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost within the first 10 Years of usage, and at a cost of 75% of the current purchase price† between the eleventh and fifteenth year.
SZ HERITAGE 10 Years 10 Years No-charge coverage during total limited warranty period.^
SZ MAPLE 5 Years 10 Years Divide our current current retail price† by the Total Limited Warranty Period, then multiply by the number of years since your purchase. Round to the nearest whole year.^
SZ EHSSENTIALS 1 Year 5 Years Divide our current current retail price† by the Total Limited Warranty Period, then multiply by the number of years since your purchase. Round to the nearest whole year.^

Sleepyeezzz reserves the right to substitute material of equal value.

* Except you are responsible for transportation costs.

† If the Sleepyeezzz product purchased is no longer being manufactured, the current retail price will be determined by Sleepyeezzz from a comparable product. Sleepyeezzz has the sole discretion to determine which current retail price will be used.

^ Your purchase is established from the date of your receipt.


The only exception to this rule applies to Adjustable Bases which have a 10 year warranty covering the Frame while a 1 year warranty covers all Electronics and Motors.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or soiling; (d) fabric stains or damage; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; (f) products used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes; (g) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 2 inch in depth); or (h) damage caused by uneven support; (j) products sold “as is”, floor samples, second hand parties, non-retail establishments or received as a promotional item; (k) or any personal comfort preference changes.

All Law Tags must be attached to the products for our warranty to be properly and efficiently processed.

Your receipt is your proof of purchase. Please make a copy of your receipt at the time of purchase along with any supporting documents from your original point of sale. Please register your product with us for easier warranty claims and special offers.


What You'll Need To File A Claim

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product. To file a warranty claim you will need the following information:

  • Purchase receipt

  • Photos of the product
    • Product in full view without bedding
    • Close up view of the defective area
