*We offer FREE City-Wide Delivery for orders over $499 before taxes. In home delivery service with 2 delivery people can be requested and may be subject to additional fees when available (area for the delivery must be clean, clear and safe). Proof of ID must presented to our delivery personnel at time of delivery.

 

Small Parcel Bedding Shipments

FREE Ontario-Wide Shipping on Orders Over $75 before taxes for small parcel bedding sleep products! For delivery addresses outside of Ontario, shipping fees will apply.^ You will see a shipping option for select items at checkout. Make sure to track and be ready receive your order, once you get an email notification that the item has shipped.

^Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland, and Labrador & P.O. boxes or certain remote areas.

Sorry we are currently not shipping large items Canada wide. We ship to most of the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario with some areas requiring a minimum purchase of $500 or more. Contact us to get details for your area.

Order Processing Times:
  • You will be notified once the order is ready to ship.
  • Many items we try to keep in stock. Mattresses are typically in stock. We have mentioned the estimated times for products that may have to be ordered below.
  • Manufacturing & Supplier Order Times: can vary from 2 business days to 2 weeks to 4 weeks or more depending on the item. Contact us to find out how long a certain product may take to be ready.
 


Shipping & Delivery:
  • Receipt required at time of pickup or delivery
  • Delivery times are approximate and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances and/or traffic
  • We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the merchandise and customer property due to faulty or narrow entrance of home/apartment
  • Delivery charges still apply if we cannot deliver because of faulty or narrow entrance
  • Assembly set up and disposal charges are extra (for the health & safety of our workers, they have the right to refuse the disposal of mattress and other products if the mattress and other products are soiled)
  • Disposal of shipping-related material is the responsibility of the customer
  • For each additional delivery attempt, a minimum of an extra $100 charge will apply
  • Regular Transportation charges of a minimum $100 will apply for all service calls or warranty claims
