The Limited Warranty covering Manufacturers Defects is designed to bring peace of mind to consumers once they purchase Sleepyeezzz products.

Overview

  1. Yous Sleepyeezzz mattress has a 1 to 10 year limited warranty from the day of your purchase of your mattress (depending on the model and warranty schedule below). Most SZ products have a 1 year limited warranty from the day of your purchase noted on the product page (ie bed bases, pillows, etc)
  2. The mattress must be opened within 2 days of receipt. 
  3. The warranty is only valid for a mattress that is set-up on an suitable foundation or bed frame.
  4. The Sleepyeezzz Certificate of Limited Warranty will cover body indentations that are greater than the measurements listed below. Please note that the measurements must be taken when no one is lying on the mattress. The product with a warranty where indentations or sagging (not associated with sag in foundation) of less than 2" for Sleepyeezzz mattresses, IS NOT COVERED.
  5. Sleepyeezzz will require purchaser to show supporting documents (i.e. pictures) when processing a claim.

If it is determined that an indentation is caused by misuse, abuse or factors other than a product defect, this Limited Warranty will not cover that condition.

 

Suitable support includes:

  • A rigid base, like a traditional metal frame with foundation, a platform bed or a slatted bed (slats must be at least 1.5” wide and no more than 2” apart). If slats are spaced more than 2” apart, a solid platform is required to be placed on top of the slats. Since Queen, King and California King mattresses are wider, platform beds and slat systems require at least one centre support beam.
  • Bed frames and adjustable bases made of wired metal should not be used with your Sleepyeezzz mattress

 

Each products’ warranty length is tailored to its specific materials and construction methods and are set for 1 to 10 year time spans:

Sleepyeezzz reserves the right to substitute material of equal value.

Should this warranty be exercised and your product replaced and/or repaired, no new warranty is provided on a replacement product. The warranty for the replacement product runs from the date of purchase of the original Sleepyeezzz product.

Our representatives or designated agents shall make the final determination regarding repair or replacement.  

* Except you (the purchaser) are responsible for transportation or shipping costs of both the replacement product and the surrendered original product.

† If the Sleepyeezzz product purchased is no longer being manufactured, the current retail price will be determined by Sleepyeezzz from a comparable product. Sleepyeezzz has the sole discretion to determine which current retail price will be used.

^ Your purchase is established from the date of your receipt.


The only exception to this rule applies to Adjustable Bases which have a 10 year warranty covering the Frame while a 1 year warranty covers all Electronics and Motors.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or soiling; (d) fabric stains or damage; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; (f) products used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes; (g) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 2 inch in depth); or (h) damage caused by uneven support; (j) products sold “as is”, floor samples, second hand parties, non-retail establishments or received as a promotional item; (k) or any personal comfort preference changes.

All Law Tags must be attached to the products for our warranty to be properly and efficiently processed.

Please note, our Year Limited Warranty is void once the Sleepyeezzz product leaves the country in which it was originally purchased.

Your receipt is your proof of purchase. Please make a copy of your receipt at the time of purchase along with any supporting documents from your original point of sale. Please register your product with us for easier warranty claims and special offers.


What You'll Need To File A Claim

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product. To file a warranty claim you will need the following information:

  • Purchase receipt 
  • Product law tag
  • Photos of the Sleepyeezzz product
    • Product in full view without bedding
    • Close up view of the defective area
    • Purchase receipt

    • Base/foundation if you are filing a mattress claim
